Accommodation and Security The cost of living in New Delhi is not as high as in some other International cities across the globe. International Students coming to MAII, New Delhi can find accommodation as per their budget. One has the option of sharing a room in a paying guest facility or renting a flat in the vicinity of the learning sites. You can easily walk to these PG's as they are very close to our learning sites. Quite a few of our students - Indian and International have taken a PG as they are fully furnished and also come with food (optional). These facilities ensure students dont have to run around to furnish their place of stay as well as getting some repairs etc done, as this is handled by the owner. Students looking for more privacy can also take a flat on rent. Some students get together and take a flat. You can easily get a flat - 2/3 BHK (Bedroom, hall, kitchen) in and around our learning sites. Students opting for flats would have to furnish the same as these flats generally do not come with furniture. Security New Delhi is one of the safest cities in India. While security has never been an issue with our International students, the officials at MAII are always there to help our International students for a pleasant stay in New Delhi. India does not have a racist population and our tradition and heritage welcomes foreigners. In fact Indians say 'Adithi Deva Bhava" which means a guest is like GOD.
"The weather of New Delhi is generally nice. While the summers tend to be a little hot, I enjoy the winters. The people are friendly and I am enjoying the city and the people.
"Staying in a PG so close to the Institute has many advantages. I just need to jump out of my bed and I am at the Institute in just 2 minutes. Our PG is just like home away from home. The owner treats us just like his family member"
"I have never come across any security issues. My flat is very close to the Institute and the complex where I stay is completely gated. All the gates are locked after 11 pm except one which is guarded"
