MBA Information Technology & E-Commerce
What you will learn
The MBA Specialization in Information Technology & E-commerce facilitates students’ capabilities to achieve meaningful organizational success through in-depth learning of e-commerce theory and applications. MBA students completing the e-commerce and information technology specialization will be well versed in project management for e-commerce; in analyzing and designing information and e-commerce systems; in developing global strategies for starting an internet business, or building an e-commerce web presence for a for-profit or nonprofit organization developing useful IT policies; in the identification and organizational adoption and use of emerging information technologies; in creating and administering databases and telecommunications networks to build and support e-commerce businesses; and in developing and using decision support systems and data mining techniques to improve decision making in the e-commerce context.
Specialization Requirements
Students may either select one of the following specializations or select one course from each of the four different specializations.
