At MAII we work very closely to make all our students highly effective in whatever career they choose. Our training methodology works towards this objective right from the first workshop/class, be it by having a small batch size of 25, to ensuring maximum corporate interaction amongst the students and the corporate.

Recruiters keep coming back to MAII with their requirements: be it for an intern, or a full time placement, as they feel the students at MAII are corporate ready and need minimal time to become productive.

Some of the Unique Propositions are :

Smaller is Better- with no more than 25 students to a class, we give more to the student than any other B-School in India. The faculty have enough time to concentrate on each student. Students get an opportunity to not only interact in the class but also give presentations in each class and get feedback on the same. Our class duration is for 4 hours each and hence with no back benchers each student gets his/her share to have a one on one interaction with the faculty.

Flexibility - MAII is the only institute in India to offer great flexibility to its students. Its class timings are designed to suit the needs of working professionals, students with alternative careers and housewives. Class timings are 9.30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the morning; 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the afternoon and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the evening. Classes are also offered on the week-ends. MAII also offers lateral admissions to students / professionals into its programs. Students can get their credits transferred to Stratford University.

Placement Through Personalized Attention - While most of the B-Schools in India try to place/place their student at the end of the program, we at MAII start working on placement right from the day the student starts his program. Our placement advisors meet our students to advice and quide them on their professional aspirations and work with each student to ensure they get Internships at the earliest. International Education & Exposure - MAII is the only education provider in India enabling students to get a genuine accredited American Degree in India. This has been possible as MAII is amongst the first institutes outside the USA to be accredited by ACICS (Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and schools) a reputed accrediting body in the USA, recognized by CHEA (Council of Higher Education Accreditation). We also help our students take transfer to Stratford University Campus in the USA to do part of their program. Infact MAII students have taken credit transfers to universities and colleges in the UK, Australia, and Canada etc other than USA.
